1. Information you enter

RoutineMate may store your name, school, class, country, routine, tuition schedule, calendar tasks, study reminders, notes, and contact form messages so the app can show them back to you.

2. Where data is stored

Your app data is stored locally on your device using local app storage. Routine and contact data may be kept in secure device storage when available. We do not operate a cloud account or external server for this app data.

3. Notifications and alarms

The app requests notification and alarm permissions only to remind you about classes, calendar tasks, and study alarms at the times you choose. You can disable notifications from your device settings.

4. Contact support

When you tap Contact Now or email support, RoutineMate opens your email app with your message.

5. Data sharing

RoutineMate does not sell personal information and does not share your saved routine or reminder data with third parties. Data may leave your device only when you choose to send an email or export/share information yourself.

6. Deleting data

You can edit or delete saved routines, reminders, and app data from inside the app where available, or clear the app storage from your device settings.

7. Children and students

Students should use the app with guidance from a parent, guardian, or school where required. Please do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for routine planning.
